1. Go to the Amazon homepage (web) or open the Amazon app (mobile).

3. At the top right, hover over Accounts & Lists (web) or select the people icon (mobile) from the bottom menu.
4. Select your account.
5. Select Login and Security.
6. If prompted, approve the secure notification sent to your phone/email.

8. In the new email address field, enter the email address you want to use for your Amazon account and select Continue.This will trigger a one-time password (OTP) to that address.
9. Once you have received the OTP, place it in the Enter OTP field and select Continue.
