Here's how to set up and use parental controls on your Kindle.

Adding Kids Profiles to Your Amazon Family Account

You can use this feature on any Kindle, including the regular Kindle Paperwhite.

If you have an Amazon Family account, you can add a child profile.This will give you access to parental controls, which you can use to manage your child's Kindle experience without affecting your own.

To do this, go to Amazon's family page and select Add a child to your family.Enter the child's name and date of birth, then select Add to Family.
